Unbroker offers fully integrated Electronic Logging Device capability through Load Guardrails. Your Hours of Service, tracking, and compliance all live in the same quantum field as your shipments. One system. One dashboard. Everything in superposition.

Your ELD data is only shared during the execution of the Biology Deed. Once the shipment is complete, no third party has continuous access to watch what you are doing. Shippers cannot go back and monitor your ELD after the fact. Your shipment data is stored permanently and can always be reviewed for that specific shipment, but your ongoing operations are yours alone. You no longer have to give up ELD access to a third party intermediary and hope they are not using that information to prevent you from doing commerce in the supply chain.

How It Works

You sign in to your Unbroker dashboard through molecular encryption. From there, you share your cost information and build your carrier profile. Your trucks, trailers, and equipment are established based on the contract.

You set your rate. That is your cost plus your margin. We add 15% on top and pass the total to the shipper. Every accessorial is pre negotiated. There are no surprises for anyone. The shipper knows your cost, you know the shipper's requirements, and everybody is party to the same contract.

Why This Is Different From Everything Else

The freight industry spends billions trying to verify carrier identity through layers of APIs, database queries, email verification, phone authentication, and insurance document analysis. These platforms exist because the underlying infrastructure, DNS, TCP/IP, and email, was never designed to prove identity. Every verification layer can be spoofed because it runs on infrastructure built for data transfer, not identity.

Load Guardrails eliminates all of that. There is no email to phish. There is no phone number to spoof. There is no MC number to steal. Your identity is your biology. The Contract, Not the BOL

The Carmack Amendment is waived by agreement under 49 U.S.C. § 14101(b), and the terms of the shipment are established as a matter of contract. We manage the shipment from start to finish through Load Guardrails. Any broker can use Load Guardrails. Unbroker is the first.

Full Service Brokerage

Unbroker is a full service freight brokerage. We manage the shipment from the moment it is booked to the moment it is delivered. The carrier sets their rate based on their verified costs.
