Unbroker is a transparent, cost-plus freight brokerage built on Load Guardrails, a North South Industries company in Rapid City, South Dakota. The shipper, the carrier and Unbroker are all party to one shared load agreement; the carrier shares its real costs, Unbroker adds a flat 15 percent on top, and there are no non solicitation clauses, so a shipper and a carrier can go direct at any time on a flat 14 day notice.

/openapi.json documents only the read-only endpoints that exist. There is no transactional, checkout or lead-submission API today: onboarding is by the signup form on the site, and the authenticated product API is not for anonymous agents. The service launches Q4 2026.

Pricing in one line

Cost plus a flat 15 percent. The carrier's price is its itemized cost plus its margin; Unbroker adds 15 percent on top and passes the total, itemized, to the shipper. Accessorials pass through at cost. There is no fixed list price.
